Item Statuses

    reconciliation
    Description

    An item that has been uploaded, but validation has not yet begun.

    pending
    Description

    When an item is first created, its status is set to 'pending' until it can be reviewed internally. When a rejected item is re-submitted, the item will return to the pending status.

    approved
    Description

    An item's status goes from 'pending' to 'approved' after it has been reviewed internally and given the green light to be launched to the site. It will remain 'approved' until either removed from site by the vendor or sold out.

    Description

    An item can be rejected by our internal team for a number of reasons, but the reason will always be included in the item's rejection notification. Some examples include: image format or styling, pricing, or an attribute needing to be updated.

    An item that has been deleted. Vendor SKUs for deleted items can be reused.
